Start by requesting a quote. This can be done in person or online using accurate photos and videos of the property. Once the quote and scope are agreed, TU Cleaning Service will set up the clean or regular cleaning schedule.
Quotes are based on the scope of the job, property size, condition, pets, products or equipment needed, travel distance, and the level of cleaning required. The agreed price reflects the work, not simply the hours spent.
The team brings cleaning products. Clients are asked to provide a working hoover and mop where possible to reduce cross-contamination between homes. TU can bring its own hoover or mop for a small equipment fee when requested.
Please make sure the property is accessible, valuables are secured, visible hazards are removed, pets are safely kept away from the cleaning area, and any client-owned hoover or mop is charged, emptied, clean, and ready to use.
If nobody is home and access has not been arranged, the team will wait up to 10 minutes, knock, and try to contact the client. If there is no response, the clean may be cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.
At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Regular service termination requires one month's notice.
Please let TU Cleaning Service know if anyone in the household is unwell. The clean may be postponed to protect the team and avoid disrupting other clients' bookings.

Monthly payments are due at the start of each month with a 7-day payment window. Late reminders may be issued, late fees may apply, and continued non-payment can lead to services being stopped.
A standard pet fee may apply, with additional charges possible for excessive pet hair, heavy pet-related cleaning, odours, or specialist treatments. Pet waste should be cleared before arrival.
TU Cleaning Service is insured through Simply Business. Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours with photos and a clear explanation so they can be assessed properly.
If something is not right, clients should contact TU Cleaning Service as soon as possible with the service date, time, address, name, and details so the issue can be reviewed and put right where appropriate.
Regular cleans do not usually run on bank holidays. Cleans during bank holidays or school holidays may be available by request and can be charged at a higher rate.
Personal data is used only to provide services. Work photos or videos may be used for marketing, focused on the cleaning results without personal or identifying client details.
